Marlon McDaniel, an emerging singer/songwriter, was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He developed a love for gospel music at an early age and spent most of his time listening to the music of gospel legends like Dr. Mattie Moss-Clark, The Clark Sisters, The Hawkins Family and Andrae Crouch. Marlon’s vocal style has been described as a blend of jazz, contemporary and smooth downhome gospel.
Marlon is currently the Minister of Music and Worship Leader at Triumph Christian Center COGIC in Fairfield, OH. He believes in order to be an effective singer and worship leader, it is important to put God first; always acknowledge Him in everything you do and live a life that is pleasing to God.
